At the consultation a standardised form will be completed which allows us to make sure that
the advice given is designed with the relevant care and consideration for your/your horse &
needs. These forms are not shared with anyone else outside of TONYA WARD SADDLES
and are stored securely following GDPR guidelines for 5 years.

We don’t share any personal data we collect from you with any third party unless required to
do so by law, however we will share referral information to your associated equine
professionals (e.g. vet or back professional).
